Sacred Geometry reveals itself in every plant, water molecule and in the air we breathe.
The cymatics (Sacred Geometry of Sound) is created with every word we say, note we sing, and step we take, each emitting a different frequency.
Plants, trees, even these sacred shapes emit a vibration, detected as frequency. Certain frequencies do different things – each compliments each other.
It is hard to experience these frequencies unless seen in a flower, a tree or snowflake. As a tactile learner, I created the Sacred Geometry Gardens to fully immerse myself in by walking the lines and feeling the flow of rhythm they create and enter into its frequency. Realizing the flowers are emitting frequency, my intention can be sat, and the meditation walk truly inspires. Holding the Crystal Bowls, or tuning forks to this experience truly is memorable, and life changing.
The White Quartz, which can be found in all of the gardens and has been found all over the property, again intensifies the experience.
Quartz amplifies intention, brings calm, peace, and tranquility. It is also known to enhance spiritual growth, awareness and wisdom. It increases inspiration and creativity. Quarts are a stone of harmony and can be helpful in romantic relationships. As a sweet healing stone, it clears energetic stagnation, physical, emotional, and mental balance.

Flower of Life
The first garden I put in is filled with edible and medicinal flowers. Quartz stones begin each petal and ring the bird bath. There are Batchelor Buttons, Calendula, Peppermint, Chamomile, Lavender, Mullin, and chines as well as Barage.

Spiral Garden
Enter from the North, South, East, or West. A large Quartz stone is at its center. There are wild pollinator flowers, Berries, Rhubarb, Comfrey, Mint, Bee Balm, Calendula, Lupin, etc.
Fibonacci sequences the Golden Ratio of our DNA. How we travel through space is a symbol of how we grow spiritually and our identity to the Universe.
Heart Chakra Garden
In the lower field it has a great view of the Groton State Forest, and any rising moon. It is a combination of two Triangles, one ascending and one descending the fire pit, surrounded in quartz sits in the center space. These 12 petals are planted with Abnaki corn, beans, and squash in the “3 sisters” because the heart chakra heals old wounds, and helps to create relationships, it supports compassion, forgiveness, and understanding. Heals trauma and opens the heart to give and receive. Ultimately, helping us connect to our higher self. It is 639 heart green.
